August Bank Holiday at The Naess
A Yoga and Yoga Nidra Reset
Retreating from our everyday to spend time in nature with daytime adventures
Join us for a gentle weekend of movement, rest, and reconnection held by the land and the simple rhythm of being together.
I’ll be guiding Vajrasati yoga, and Rachael Barnes will offer deeply restorative Yoga Nidra. There will be time each day to stretch out, breathe, wander, and do nothing at all. This is space to come home to yourself, in good company and in good soil.,
Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy nature walks, a beach day, time by our organic pond, and evenings spent around the fire, creating space for reflection and connection. With daily yoga and meditation, you’ll feel grounded and recharged, leaving with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
