Vajrasati practice immersion retreat

This is not a regular yoga holiday it is a retreat

This is a practice immersion for teachers to fill their cup. We will delve into yoga through a much fuller timetable of practices. Jim and Khadine will guide you through led practices including asana, pranayama, meditation, yoganidrā, mantra and satsang of around 8 hours a day of practice.

The proposed timetable

7.30-8am meditation

8-10 yoga (mix of practices where we say yoga)

10-11.30 breakfast

11.30-1.30 yoga

1.30-4.30 lunch and pause time

4.30-6.30 yoga

6.30-8.15 dinner

8.15-9.30 satsang

The practical details

Arrival Day: Sunday 22nd November Arrive before dinner at 6.30pm

Retreat runs: Monday to Friday

Departure Day: Saturday 28th
Location: The Næss, Alcobaça

Arriving and Departing

The nearest airpot is Lisbon. We are 1 hour 15 minutes north of the airport. Taxi's from the airport cost between €100 to €120. An 8 seater taxi can be arranged. There are several coaches from Lisbon to Alcobaça throughout the day but if you only intend to come for the programme I would recommend sharing a taxi and flying on these flights
