Reconnect, Reflect, and Restore with Yoga Nidra and Sacred Sound
Join us this spring at The Naess for a serene 4-day retreat, guided by Alva, Jeremy and Harel, where we’ll immerse you in transformative Yoga Nidra and sacred sound practices. Whether you're an experienced meditator or new to this path, this retreat provides a warm and supportive space to deepen your connection with yourself. Experience the profound healing power of sound, from Kirtan to sound baths, and explore deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra.
Each morning, we’ll begin the day with dynamic moving meditations, awakening the body and mind through rhythm and intentional movement. Our Asana sessions will blend meditative movement with an intuitive approach, adapting to the needs of each participant. Whether you lean towards the gentle stillness of Yin Yoga or the vitality of Yang, our practices will flow in harmony with the energy of the group.
In the evenings, we’ll transition into stillness with lying-down and seated meditation, allowing your body to fully relax, and your mind to settle into deeper states of awareness and rest.
This retreat is designed for all levels, and no prior experience is required. You’ll be fully supported in your journey, whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner.
